Luciano’s Express - Range of $264,700 to $400,000 to develop one store.
Luciano’s Neighborhood Pizzeria - Range of $488,700 to $729,500 to develop one store.
The investment includes the cost of leasehold improvements, signage, fixtures and equipment, refrigeration equipment, POS System, the franchise fee, working capital, grand opening advertising/promotion and inventory.
QUALIFICATIONS
In addition to other criteria, applicants must meet the following conditions to the Company’s satisfaction:
1. They must possess or have proven ability to raise capital sufficient to fund
their development commitment.
2. They must have substantial familiarity with the market proposed
for development.
3. They must be willing to diligently exert full-time and best efforts in
performing their obligations under the Company’s area development
and franchise agreements.
4. They must possess a sound reputation, integrity, and similar
business values with Luciano’s.
FINANCIAL
Adequate capital is required to become a Luciano’s Express
SUMMARY
Franchisee. Prospective franchisees must show a net worth in excess of $400,000 (exclusive of personal effects, non-marketable assets, and privately held stock) with $100,000+ available in liquid assets for a one store development of Luciano’s Express. A Luciano’s Neighborhood Pizzeria requires that a Prospective Franchisee have $175,000 in liquid assets available for a one store development and a net worth in excess of $ 750,000.
